Most of Sean Combs's business entities trace to one holding company: 1169 Group Holdings LLC (with an affiliated 1169 Corp). Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 7.1 requires any corporate party in federal litigation to disclose its own parent company, and across dozens of the civil suits against him, his own entities' Rule 7.1 filings consistently name 1169 Group Holdings LLC as that parent — CE OPCO, LLC (which has done business as "Combs Global" and, before that, as "Combs Enterprises, LLC"), Sean Combs Capital LLC, and Sean John Clothing LLC among them.
