Factual Allegations

In 2003, Jane Doe, a 17-year-old from suburban Detroit, Michigan, met Harve Pierre and the Third Assailant at a lounge. Pierre, claiming a close connection to Sean Combs, assaulted Doe in the lounge bathroom, forcing oral sex after smoking crack cocaine. Combs convinced Doe via phone to fly with Pierre and the Third Assailant on a private jet from Pontiac, Michigan, to Teterboro, New Jersey, then to Daddy's House Recording Studio in New York City. There, Combs, Pierre, and the Third Assailant plied her with drugs and alcohol, rendering her unable to consent. In the studio bathroom, Combs raped her, followed by the Third Assailant and Pierre, who also forced oral sex. Doe, left in pain and barely able to stand, was flown back to Michigan, suffering emotional distress for 20 years. Photographic evidence places her with Combs at the studio that night.
