In 2004, 19-year-old Jane Doe was invited to a photoshoot for 'Da Band' across from her Brooklyn college campus, organized by Sean Combs' associates. At the event, she and a friend were lured to a Manhattan Marriott hotel for an exclusive party, where they were grabbed by a security guard and taken to a separate room. Combs forced them to consume cocaine and drinks, threatened violence, and sexually assaulted Doe, including rape, while her friend was coerced into performing oral sex; Doe escaped after intervention but was intimidated into silence.
