Doe v. Combs et al

In 2001, Jane Doe, an 18-year-old, attended a Halloween party at Club New Yorker in Manhattan with her cousin, where Sean Combs and his entourage were present, providing drinks. During the event, a security guard escorted Jane Doe and two friends to a black SUV limousine nearby, where Combs and six security team members were waiting. Inside, she was given a drink laced with drugs (suspected GHB or ecstasy), causing dizziness and disorientation. Combs ordered her to perform oral sex on a security guard, who fondled her and forced her compliance, followed by orders to service other men in the vehicle. Combs sprayed champagne on the women, verbally degraded them, and forced Jane Doe to perform oral sex on him. After the assault, she struggled to leave, passed out in the club’s VIP section, and awoke the next day at a friend’s house with no memory of how she got there, later suffering emotional distress and PTSD symptoms.

Plaintiff seeks compensatory damages for physical injuries, emotional distress, psychological harm, anxiety, humiliation, and pain; punitive damages; attorneys’ fees and costs; pre- and post-judgment interest; attachment of Defendants’ New York assets; and other relief deemed just by the court.
