Factual Allegations

In 2022, John Doe, a Florida resident, mingled with Combs’ business associates at a Miami nightclub without consuming alcohol, and was invited to an after-party at a residential home hosted by Sean Combs. Escorted by a black SUV, he arrived at the party with about 45-50 people, including recognizable figures. An associate led him upstairs where Combs offered him a drink and a house tour, ending in a marijuana-scented bedroom with five others. After feeling disoriented from a drugged drink (suspected GHB/ecstasy), he lost consciousness; he awoke to Combs attempting anal rape, unable to resist due to the drugs, and later found himself alone, escorted out by security, suffering lasting anxiety and fear.
Prayer for Relief
Plaintiff seeks: (a) compensatory damages for physical injuries, emotional distress, psychological harm, anxiety, humiliation, pain and suffering, family and social disruption, and other harms, in an amount to be determined at trial; (b) punitive damages in an amount to be determined at trial; (c) attorneys’ fees and costs under applicable statutes; (d) pre- and post-judgment interest on damages, fees, and costs; (e) attachment of Defendants’ real property and assets in New York per Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 64; and (f) any other relief the Court deems just and proper.
