In 2012, Steve Otis, a Florida-based contractor for a male companion service, traveled to New York City at Sean Combs’ request after an initial meeting. At the Intercontinental Hotel, Combs ordered Otis to perform sexual acts on a female companion for hours, degrading her, after giving Otis a water bottle and rubbing baby oil on him, suspected to be drugged, impairing his control. When Otis attempted to leave, Combs assaulted him in the bathroom, grabbing his penis, digitally penetrating him, and forcibly raping him anally for 4-5 minutes despite Otis’ protests. Combs then threatened Otis' life, referencing Tupac Shakur’s death, to silence him.
Prayer for Relief
Plaintiff seeks judgment against Sean Combs for compensatory damages for emotional distress, nominal, punitive, and exemplary damages, attorneys’ fees, pre- and post-judgment interest, and any further relief deemed just by the court, in an amount to be determined at trial.

Plaintiff has an interest in remaining anonymous given the sensitive and private nature of these allegations, the backlash that may result in bringing such allegations, and the public scrutiny of his personal life. However, Plaintiff, who was an adult at the time of allegations, made the conscious decision to file this lawsuit where he accuses a public figure of reprehensible conduct from over a decade ago. Additionally, Defendant Combs has a right to defend himself, which may include investigating Plaintiff. Moreover, the people have a right to know who is using the court system and to what end.
