Factual Allegations
Disclaimer: allegations as pled by the plaintiff, summarized by Grok.

In late August or early September 2000, Jane Doe, a 16-year-old high school student living in lower Manhattan, was working as a babysitter in an apartment building where Sean Combs' romantic partner resided. While leaving her job, Combs, accompanied by two male employees (John Doe 1 and John Doe 2), engaged her in conversation outside the building, offering her a ride home despite her refusals. After reluctantly agreeing, she entered his SUV, but instead of being driven home, the vehicle passed her building. Combs gave her a drink to 'calm her down,' causing her to feel groggy and weak. She was then taken to an unspecified location where Combs sexually assaulted her. Afterward, she was dropped off in her building’s lobby by the same driver(s).
