Jane Doe v. Sean Combs et al

In 1997, Plaintiff Jane Doe was lured to a party at Sean Combs’ Hamptons house by a DJ friend 'Scoop,' offered $2,000 to work as a bottle service attendant. She was driven from New York City to the Hamptons in a luxury SUV, given a black dress to wear, and provided a drink by Combs that was apparently laced with a drug, causing her to lose consciousness. While incapacitated, she was sexually assaulted and vaginally raped by Combs’ associates at his direction, with Combs present and naked during the assault; she believes it was videotaped, and Combs refused to delete it when asked. In the late 1990s, at a separate event at the Limelight nightclub in New York City hosted by Combs, spanning five floors with the top two dedicated to exclusive sex parties, Plaintiff attended with friends. After her friends argued and left her alone, Combs prevented her from leaving, then forcibly took her and a friend to the Trump Hotel in midtown Manhattan. There, in a penthouse suite, they were drugged, held against their will, and forced into group-sex activities over several hours, including Plaintiff being vaginally raped by a club promoter at Combs’ direction while he observed. These events caused severe emotional and mental anguish.

Plaintiff seeks compensatory damages for physical injuries, emotional distress, psychological harm, anxiety, humiliation, pain and suffering, and other harms; punitive damages; attorneys’ fees and costs; pre- and post-judgment interest; attachment of Defendants’ real property and assets in New York; and any other relief deemed just and proper.
