In 2006, John Doe, a 21-year-old Indian male model from New Jersey, responded to an online ad for 'hip-hop models' and was invited to a tryout at Bad Boy Entertainment’s Manhattan office. After signing in and waiting with other models, he was escorted to a room where Sean Combs, flanked by security and an associate, interviewed him.
