In 2006, John Doe, a 21-year-old Indian male model from New Jersey, responded to an online ad for 'hip-hop models' and was invited to a tryout at Bad Boy Entertainment’s Manhattan office. After signing in and waiting with other models, he was escorted to a room where Sean Combs, flanked by security and an associate, interviewed him. Combs pressured Doe to undress for a music video role, leveraging his rarity as an Indian model. When Doe refused, Combs became aggressive, groped his buttocks, and whispered suggestively, causing Doe to flee, deeply disturbed and emotionally scarred.
