Factual Allegations

On November 1, 2016, Jane Doe, a 20-year-old from Arizona, was celebrating her birthday in Los Angeles and visited Club Playhouse. Sean Combs approached her, initially flattering her, but became hostile when she declined a drink, forcing her to consume it with threats. He then assaulted her by shoving his hand up her skirt and penetrating her with his fingers while his associates laughed. Despite her resistance, Combs laughed off her distress, releasing her only after the assault. Disoriented, possibly drugged, she fled, later finding genital bruising and suffering ongoing trauma.

Prayer for Relief
