Factual Allegations

Jane Doe, trafficked since age twelve, was taken to Miami, Florida, in 2020 at age fifteen by her sex trafficker. At a warehouse-like building, Sean Combs hosted a party where he had paid traffickers to supply underage girls, including Doe, for sexual exploitation. Drugged and confined to a curtained area with a bed, Doe was forced to have sex with approximately twenty men over several hours, while Combs assaulted a younger Latina girl nearby, watched others, and drank. After the party, Doe was moved elsewhere by her trafficker, escaping two years later via a police sting in Virginia, suffering severe emotional trauma including PTSD.

Prayer for Relief

Plaintiff seeks compensatory damages for physical injuries, emotional distress, and other harms; punitive damages; attorneys’ fees and costs; pre- and post-judgment interest; and other relief deemed just and proper.
