In 2002, Jane Doe was out near Times Square, New York, when, around 3:00 A.M., she was lured into a black SUV by two men and two women promoting a party for Sean Combs. Taken to an upscale hotel suite near Times Square, she met Combs and enjoyed the event until pre-mixed drinks made her dizzy. Ushered into a room with sexual activity, she was assaulted by two men resembling Combs’ bodyguards, who fondled her breasts and attempted to force genital contact despite her protests. Disoriented, likely drugged, she resisted until they stopped, but they photographed her ID, threatened her, and offered money she refused. She fled, deeply traumatized, fearing retaliation due to Combs’ knowledge of her identity.
