Factual Allegations
Disclaimer: allegations as pled by the plaintiff, summarized by Grok.

In the summer of 1999, Leslie Cockrell, a 24-year-old music scout from the Bronx, attended a party hosted by Sean Combs in the Hamptons, New York, arriving around 3-4 a.m. after a 2-3 hour drive with artist Jay Stone. Combs approached her, offered a drink, and touched her while showing her the house, filled with naked people engaging in sexual acts. After her second drink, likely laced with Rohypnol/GHB, she felt lightheaded and was guided to a room. Combs and another man entered naked; she became immobilized, witnessing Combs masturbating beside her and later vaginally raping her while others laughed. She awoke sore and swollen in a car, was threatened by a security guard to stay silent, and was driven back to the Bronx, suffering lasting trauma.
