Kendra Haffoney v. Combs et al

In 2007, Kendra Haffoney, an aspiring fashion professional with a B.A. from Berkley College, applied and was selected for Season 1 of VH1’s 'I Want to Work for Diddy,' produced by VH1, Bad Boy Entertainment, and Sean Combs. Filming began in New York’s Soho, where she was flown. At an afterparty in Soho around 2008, Combs invited her to a back room with drugs and sexual activity present. Offered a drink that made her delirious, Combs coerced her into oral sex, and she passed out, likely drugged. She awoke in the show’s house with Combs present, feeling sore and assaulted. Later, at his Los Angeles mansion during filming, additional sexual assaults occurred. These incidents left her humiliated, depressed, and with lasting emotional and physical distress, damaging her professional reputation.

Plaintiff seeks compensatory damages, punitive damages, statutory damages, attorneys’ fees, costs, interest, and other just remedies exceeding lower court jurisdictional limits for Defendants’ illegal actions.
