Factual Allegations
Disclaimer: allegations as pled by the plaintiff, summarized by Grok.

In the late 1990s and early 2000s, Plaintiff John Doe, involved in a family-run denim clothing business, became acquainted with Sean Combs through a business deal supplying materials for Combs’ Sean John clothing line. Throughout their relationship, Combs harassed Plaintiff with vulgar language and groping, particularly targeting his buttocks. In summer 1998, at Combs’ 'White Party' in East Hampton, Combs groped Plaintiff’s buttocks and reached into his shirt to twist his nipples, leaving Plaintiff humiliated and in pain but unable to protest due to financial reliance on the business deal. This pattern of physical, sexual, and emotional abuse continued on multiple occasions, causing Plaintiff pain, suffering, mental anguish, and physical impairment, ultimately leading him to abandon his fashion career due to the industry’s 'dark underbelly' revealed by Combs’ actions. Fearing professional repercussions, Plaintiff delayed reporting, reflecting Combs’ pattern of leveraging influence to silence victims.
