Factual Allegations
Disclaimer: allegations as pled by the plaintiff, summarized by Grok.

In the summer of 2003, 19-year-old John Doe, a disc jockey, was hired to perform at a 'White Party' at Sean Combs' Hamptons residence, unaware initially it was Combs' event. While DJing by the pool, a man, possibly security, encouraged him to switch from water to cocktails. After consuming three drinks by 11:30 P.M., Doe felt woozy and nearly passed out. At midnight, post-shift, he sat on a couch, drifting in and out of consciousness. A man led him to a secluded bedroom where four men, including Combs, forcibly removed his pants and shirt, groped him, and sodomized him despite his protests. Held down and semi-conscious, Doe clearly saw Combs participating. He awoke at 9 A.M., pants down, bleeding, and in pain, coated in lubricant. As he fled, the drink-provider threatened him, saying his body would never be found if he spoke. Traumatized, Doe abandoned his music career and moved to Louisiana.
