Factual Allegations
Disclaimer: allegations as pled by the plaintiff, summarized by Grok.

In September 2007, 18-year-old Jane Doe, a bartender and model from outside the Hamptons, was invited to Sean Combs' 'White Party' at his East Hampton, New York residence by an associate claiming celebrity ties. Accompanied by a friend, she arrived, signed a document without reading it, and entered. Pressured by waitstaff, she sipped a drink and soon felt unusually intoxicated, dizzy, and disoriented. After sitting by the pool and needing to vomit, she and her friend searched for a bathroom. Her friend left to call a taxi due to poor reception, leaving Doe on a couch. Fifteen minutes later, her friend returned to find Doe unconscious, partially undressed, surrounded by Combs and three men attempting to assault her—one on top of her, another trying to orally sodomize her. Her friend intervened, waking Doe, who was helped to dress and escape despite a man at the exit warning them about signed documents. Fearing retaliation and disbelief due to Combs' fame, they did not report the incident.
