Latasha Forbes et al v. Sean Combs et al

Between 1994 and 2014, Sean Combs sexually assaulted seven plaintiffs across multiple locations. In 1994, at Bad Boy’s New York premises, Combs coerced 17-year-old Latasha Forbes to drink an intoxicating beverage, then raped, sodomized, and induced others to assault her. In 1995, at a New York video shoot for Notorious B.I.G., Combs molested 14-15-year-old Billie Cummings by grabbing her vagina. In 2003, in his New York apartment, Combs forced 19-year-old Ian Fearon to masturbate and fellate him. In 2004, at his Florida residence party, Combs groped 23-year-old Laquay Applewhite. In 2004 or 2005, at a Bad Boy launch party in Florida, Combs sexually battered 18-year-old Amad Jenkins. In 2010, at a 'Making the Band' audition, Combs drugged and raped Jane Doe after she consumed an intoxicating beverage. In 2014, in Illinois, Combs assaulted intoxicated Fallon Matthews. Kristina Khorram allegedly facilitated these assaults, acting within her role at Bad Boy and Institutional Defendants, who provided Combs with resources and authority despite knowing his predatory behavior.

Compensatory damages for pain and suffering, psychological injury, emotional distress, physical injury, mental anguish, embarrassment, humiliation, and medical expenses; punitive damages to deter future misconduct; attorneys' fees and costs under the GMVA; judgment in an amount deemed fair, adequate, and just by a jury.
