Factual Allegations
Disclaimer: allegations as pled by the plaintiff, summarized by Grok.

In 2006, Jane Doe, a woman in her twenties from Pennsylvania, visited New York City with her sister and went to the 40/40 Club. There, Sean Combs noticed her group and sent them drinks, including champagne, tequila shots, and possibly Ciroc vodka. After consuming two drinks from Combs, Doe felt woozy and went to the bathroom, where Combs followed, burst into her stall with his penis exposed, and forcibly attempted to push it into her mouth while grabbing her neck and fondling her breasts. Doe screamed for help, but the club’s loud music drowned her cries; Combs shouted his dominance, claiming entitlement. When someone briefly entered the bathroom, distracting Combs, Doe shoved him and fled past his bodyguard outside, who appeared complicit. Traumatized, she left the club, her life permanently altered.
