Factual Allegations
Disclaimer: allegations as pled by the plaintiff, summarized by Grok.

In 2022 or 2023, Plaintiff John Doe, a photographer and production assistant, was working on a high-profile commercial shoot when he was approached by Defendant Sean Combs. During a break, Combs initiated a conversation with Plaintiff and invited him into a trailer, framing it as a career advancement opportunity. Inside the trailer, Combs made explicit sexual overtures, unzipping his pants and demanding oral sex with the promise of career advancement and the threat that refusal would end Plaintiff’s career. Plaintiff, a straight male, performed the act under coercion. After climaxing, Combs made a degrading demand for Plaintiff to 'hold [the semen] in [his] mouth like a squirrel' and threatened physical violence when Plaintiff could not comply. Combs then ordered Plaintiff out of the trailer. Plaintiff was left to finish the workday traumatized, with Combs’ semen on and in his body, and has since suffered ongoing emotional and mental pain. Plaintiff never heard from Combs again.
