Factual Allegations

April Lampros met Sean Combs in 1994 while a student at the Fashion Institute of Technology. Initially, Combs mentored her, offering industry access, gifts, and invitations to events like his Father's Day celebration and Bad Boy parties in New York. Their relationship turned abusive, with four alleged sexual assaults: (1) In 1995, Combs raped her at the Millennium Hotel in NYC after pressuring her to drink; (2) In 1996, he forced oral sex in a parking garage near his Manhattan apartment; (3) In 1996, he forced her and Kim Porter to take ecstasy and raped her at his apartment; (4) In 2000-2001, he assaulted her at her apartment after she rejected him. Combs allegedly threatened her career, blacklisted her, and got her fired from a job in 1998 via Kim Porter’s influence. In 2023, Lampros learned Combs recorded and shared a sex tape of her from 1997 without consent.
