John Doe v. Sean Combs et al

In or around 2008, Plaintiff John Doe, then 17, participated in a three-day audition for 'Making the Band' in New York. On the first day, Sean Combs sexually assaulted him during a one-on-one interview by groping and fondling him, including touching his penis over and under clothing, while masturbating and emphasizing his power over Plaintiff’s career. On the second day, Combs escalated the assault, forcing Plaintiff to perform oral sex and sodomizing him, again asserting control over his future. On the third day, Combs involved his bodyguard 'T,' who requested oral sex from Plaintiff under duress, while Combs assaulted both simultaneously; Plaintiff’s discomfort led to his elimination from the competition, with Combs citing untrustworthiness, impacting Plaintiff’s career for seven years and causing ongoing mental anguish.

Compensatory damages for physical injuries, emotional distress, psychological harm, anxiety, humiliation, pain and suffering, and other harms; punitive damages; attorneys’ fees and costs; pre- and post-judgment interest; attachment of Defendants’ real property and assets in New York; and other relief deemed just and proper.
