In or about 2020, Plaintiff John Doe met Sean Combs through an associate. In Summer 2020, a Bad Boy Records associate invited Doe to a party at Combs’s residence at 40 Hedges Banks Dr, East Hampton, NY. Doe flew from Florida to New York, stayed in Manhattan overnight, and was driven to the residence. While socializing and drinking, Doe’s drink was drugged by Combs, causing him to lose consciousness. Combs and associates then sodomized and anally raped Doe, who resisted unsuccessfully while fading in and out. Doe awoke with severe anal pain, surrounded by associates, and left in fear, remaining silent until now.
