Factual Allegations
Disclaimer: allegations as pled by the plaintiff, summarized by Grok.

Chelsea Lovelace met Sean Combs in November 2020 in Turks and Caicos, after which she was transported to his Miami residence. From early 2021 through September 2024, Combs arranged coercive travel for Lovelace to his homes in Miami, Los Angeles, and New York, approximately monthly. Drivers were sent uninvited to her home, pressuring compliance. Combs discouraged her from working, provided a conditional allowance, drugged her without consent, recorded non-consensual sexual encounters, and subjected her to unlawful surveillance. Specific incidents include: on April 25-27, 2022, in Miami, Lovelace was forcibly raped while intoxicated; on July 2-3, 2022, in Los Angeles, she was coerced into ingesting ketamine, causing a blackout; in July 2022, she suffered a miscarriage after pressure to terminate a pregnancy; in April 2024, in Miami, she awoke with bruises and a bite mark after blacking out; and from July 8-16, 2024, in Miami, Combs forcibly administered pills, causing disorientation, and pressured her into a non-consensual sexual act with another man. Lovelace witnessed Combs physically abuse other women, faced ongoing threats, and endured surveillance and harassment even after attempting to cease contact in September 2024. Corporate defendants facilitated travel, surveillance, and abuse, aware of but failing to prevent Combs' actions, causing Lovelace ongoing emotional, physical, psychological, and financial harm.
