Grace O'Marcaigh v. Christian Combs et al

In July 2022, Grace O'Marcaigh worked as a temporary Second Stewardess on the superyacht Victorious, owned by Fraser and operated by Equiom FW049 IC, in St. Martin. In September 2022, she helped sell charters at the Monaco Boat Show, including to Sean Combs and his family for a December 2022 holiday charter. During the charter, the environment turned chaotic with excessive partying, suspected drug use, and sex workers. On December 28, 2022, Christian Combs, heavily intoxicated, boarded the yacht around 5:00 a.m. to record in the yacht’s studio. He pressured O'Marcaigh to drink DeLeon tequila, suspected to be laced with drugs, and became aggressive, forcibly grabbing her, groping her legs, breasts, anus, and vagina, kissing her neck, face, and hands, and attempting to force oral copulation. Audio recordings by producer Rodney Jones captured parts of the assault. O'Marcaigh escaped when another crew member interrupted. She reported the assault to Captain Petar Milkov, who dismissed her claims and forced her to continue serving Christian Combs. Sean Combs allegedly paid off the captain to silence him. O'Marcaigh was terminated on May 10, 2023, and suffered severe trauma, including depression, anxiety, an eating disorder, epileptic seizures, and the loss of her partner and career opportunities in yachting.

General, special, and consequential damages in an amount to be proven at trial, but not less than the court's minimum jurisdictional amount; punitive damages for oppression, fraud, and malice; compensation for economic injury, emotional distress, and loss of enjoyment of life; and other relief deemed just.

Defendant's counsel represents that the case is going to proceed in federal court. The Court issued an order disposing of the case as completed.
