Between June 1, 2010, and December 31, 2012, Plaintiff John Doe J.W., employed as a personal assistant to Defendant Sean Combs, was sexually assaulted by Combs on various occasions in a private office in or near New York, NY. Combs grabbed and touched Plaintiff in a sexual manner without consent. Plaintiff was also propositioned by Combs, who asked, 'how far are you willing to go to keep this job?' When Plaintiff rejected these propositions, he was terminated. These actions caused physical and psychological damage, medical expenses, disability, and legal costs for Plaintiff, who feared for his safety and dignity due to Combs' threatening and aggressive behavior.
