Michael West v. Sean Combs et al

Plaintiff Michael West alleges that he was invited to a party at Sean Combs' $60 million Los Angeles mansion, where his phone was confiscated by security upon entry. At the party, West consumed a glass of champagne from an open bottle, after which he felt abnormally lightheaded and blacked out. He awoke to find his pants around his ankles, with his genitals exposed, and Defendant Doe 1, a black male, groping him while Combs and another celebrity watched and encouraged the act. West exclaimed his discomfort, pulled up his pants, and left without retrieving his phone. Combs made no effort to stop him. West alleges significant mental and emotional trauma, pain, suffering, humiliation, and anxiety due to the assault.

Plaintiff seeks past, present, and future general and special damages, including lost earnings and economic damages, statutory damages, costs of suit, interest as allowed by law, punitive or exemplary damages, and attorney's fees and costs pursuant to Civil Code section 52.4, all to be determined at trial.
