Tyreke Conerly v. Justin Combs

In 2017, Plaintiff Tyreke Conerly, a young female professional from Louisiana, was lured by Justin Combs to Los Angeles under the pretense of a job opportunity with Remote TV. Upon arrival, she was taken to a bedroom where she was threatened with 'you better let this happen. Or else.' There, Justin Combs, Sean Combs, and two unidentified masked men took turns raping her anally and orally while she was drugged and incapacitated. The assault continued from Saturday evening through midday Sunday. On Monday, she was driven back to the airport. Justin Combs used the promise of a job and saved Snapchat photos to intimidate her into silence. As a result, Conerly suffered severe emotional distress, anguish, fear, anxiety, humiliation, embarrassment, and physical and emotional trauma.

Plaintiff seeks past, present, and future general and special damages, including lost earnings and economic damages, statutory damages, costs of suit, interest as allowed by law, punitive or exemplary damages, attorney's fees pursuant to Civil Code sections 51.9(b), 52, 52.4, and other relief as deemed just by the Court.
