Factual Allegations
Disclaimer: allegations as pled by the plaintiff, summarized by Grok.

Plaintiff alleges that between 2001 and 2020 Sean Combs repeatedly drugged and sexually assaulted him on multiple occasions. In 2001 at Spy Club in Houston, someone in Combs’ entourage spiked Hay’s drink, causing him to black out and wake up in a hospital parking lot being treated for a drug overdose. In 2005 at Daddy’s House Studio in New York, while alone in a room playing tracks, Combs suddenly exposed his penis, forced it toward Hay’s face, demanded that Hay touch it and “suck it,” and only stopped when the studio buzzer rang. In 2007–2008, again at Daddy’s House during sessions for Jay-Z’s American Gangster album, Combs locked Hay inside a studio room, placed a handgun on the mixing console in front of him, gave him drugs and alcohol until Hay collapsed in a dizzy, disoriented state, then got on top of him, groped his genitals, and performed non-consensual oral sex on him; Hay blacked out and awoke alone hours later. In 2020, while Hay was producing a Notorious B.I.G. project in Los Angeles, Combs pressured him to take ketamine, supplied drugs to everyone present, and in a warehouse containing Biggie’s clothing masturbated with one of Biggie’s shirts, ejaculated into it, and threw the semen-covered shirt onto Hay while laughing and saying “R.I.P. Biggie.” On another occasion that year, in front of Biggie’s son Christopher Jordan Wallace, Willie Mack, and others, Combs publicly groped Hay’s genitals and announced he would “fuck the shit out of him eventually.” After Hay threatened to go public, Wallace and Mack picked him up in a Combs corporate vehicle under the pretense of resolving the situation and offering more work. Instead, upon arrival at a Revolt TV location, a group of men immediately grabbed Hay, threw something over his head to blind him, and forcibly dragged him inside. Combs was waiting, screaming profanities in Hay’s face, ordered everyone else out, and while Hay remained blindfolded and restrained attempted to force Hay’s head down to make him perform oral sex on Combs, yelling that Hay’s involvement with the project was over. The Combs Corporations and associated individuals allegedly knew of Combs’ predatory behavior but failed to investigate, intervene, or report it, enabling further assaults
