Factual Allegations
Disclaimer: allegations as pled by the plaintiff, summarized by Grok.

Plaintiff Edmond Laurent, a model, actor, and exotic dancer, alleges that Defendants Sean Combs and Jane Doe 1 engaged in a series of coercive and abusive acts in Los Angeles hotels, including the Mondrian, Intercontinental, Beverly Wilshire, and SLS Hotels. Initially hired for private dance performances, Plaintiff was misled into sexual encounters. During these encounters, Defendants allegedly pressured him to consume alcohol and drugs (Rohypnol, GHB, ketamine, MDMA), which he repeatedly declined, and applied excessive baby oil, possibly laced with GHB. In one instance, Jane Doe 1 broke Plaintiff’s condom during intercourse, exposing him to Condyloma, an STI, after falsely claiming to be disease-free with fabricated blood test results. In a final incident, Plaintiff was given orange juice spiked with Rohypnol and ketamine, leading to unconsciousness, during which Combs allegedly anally penetrated him. Plaintiff awoke in pain, disoriented, and later developed anal warts, severe gastric issues requiring surgery, significant weight loss, dental erosion, and psychological trauma, including PTSD, depression, and anxiety. Defendants allegedly used their influence to manipulate and intimidate Plaintiff, and hotels (DOES 2-10) failed to prevent or report the trafficking and assaults, profiting from the activity.
