Factual Allegations
Disclaimer: allegations as pled by the plaintiff, summarized by Grok.

In February 2018, C.R., a female from Houston, Texas, traveled to Los Angeles and attended a concert where Sean Combs performed, believed to be at The Academy on Hollywood Boulevard. After the concert, C.R. and others were invited backstage and informed of an after-party. While backstage, someone handed C.R. a drink that quickly and strongly affected her, causing her to lose motor control and full awareness of her surroundings. Still at the venue, C.R. was 'bagged and gagged'—her hands were restrained, and something was placed over her mouth to prevent speaking. An unidentified person led her to a vehicle, and, while restrained, she was taken to a hotel in the Hollywood area, though she could not recall the specific location due to her drugged state. In a hotel room with Combs, where she heard voices of other unidentified people, Combs manipulated her body to force her to touch various parts of his body and perform oral sex on him, then penetrated her vaginally and anally. C.R. remained under the influence of drugs, going in and out of consciousness. After an unknown amount of time, she began to recover and found herself in a different hotel room and possibly a different hotel. She recalls being placed into another car after the assault, but her memory is unclear due to the drugs. An unidentified person found her in a confused state and helped her return to her hotel. The assault caused severe emotional and psychological trauma.
