Prayer for Relief
Plaintiff asks the court to find that Defendants’ conduct violates Code of Civil Procedure § 377.60 and was the intended and foreseeable result of their scheme, and to award general damages for loss of love, affection, society, service, relationship, comfort, care, support and solace; special damages for loss of financial support and assistance; hospital, medical, professional and incidental expenses; loss of earnings and property; punitive damages against all defendants; pre- and post-judgment interest; costs of suit; and other relief, each according to proof.
