(FAC) On March 23, 2018, Ashley Parham was lured to Shane Pearce’s residence in Orinda, California, under the pretense of assisting with his cancer medications. After a prior encounter where Parham dismissed Sean Combs (Diddy) during a Facetime call, Diddy arrived with others, including Kristina Khorram and Brandi Cunningham, and confronted her. Diddy threatened her with a knife, and despite Khorram’s suggestion to preserve her for trafficking, he and others, including Odell Beckham Jr. and Drew Desbordes, violently raped her vaginally and anally, using a television remote and drugs. Parham was doused with oil, drugged, and threatened with family harm. Concurrently, John and Jane Doe were kidnapped from Las Vegas by John Pelletier, falsely claiming warrants, and trafficked through California safe houses to the same Orinda residence. They witnessed Parham’s assault, and Jane Doe was sexually assaulted by Ruben Valdez. The defendants, part of an alleged RICO enterprise, obstructed justice, with Pelletier posing as a sheriff and others covering up the crimes. Parham escaped, grazing Diddy with a knife, and reported the assault, but no investigation followed.
