Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ new PA prison accused of ‘inhumane’ treatment, housing violent offenders

The Allenwood facility was previously accused of “inhumane” treatment of inmates and held prisoners indicted in an alleged coordinated assault involving makeshift weapons.
