Status: In each of the six cases below, plaintiff's counsel has filed a Satisfaction of Judgment (October 9–14, 2026). Each filing says the judgment was satisfied on payment of an agreed sum under a separate settlement agreement, and that the defendant paid it on September 14, 2026 (September 15, 2026 for Klein-Baker). None of the filings states the amount paid, and the settlement agreements are not on the dockets. The clerk's entry of these satisfactions was shown as pending on NYSCEF as of October 16, 2026. The live interest ticker that was on this page has been removed.

Amount as Entered is the sum on the judgment as docketed by the County Clerk (principal plus the interest the clerk wrote in through the entry date). Sources: Abernathy, Abrams, Franco: confessions of judgment and notices of entry (NYSCEF #1, #26) and the satisfactions (#27). Sallie: judgment #15 ($2,940,000 plus $720,098.63). Jones: judgment #18 ($190,000 plus $53,200). Klein-Baker: judgment #8 ($4,950,000 plus $230,547.95); the satisfaction (#21) describes the judgment as $4,950,000.

*Calculated Ceiling is this site's own arithmetic, not a court figure and not a payment amount: the amount as entered plus simple interest on the principal at the rate in the confession or judgment (9% or 20%) from entry to the payment date stated in the satisfaction. In the Sallie and Jones judgments the clerk struck the words continuing interest to the date of payment, so whether interest ran after entry, and at what rate, is not settled by the filings; the ceiling assumes it did. The amount actually paid is not stated in any filing. It may be lower than the amount as entered, or anywhere up to the ceiling; this page does not estimate it.

Klein-Baker: counsel's February 26, 2026 letter (NYSCEF #17) asserted a larger sum of $8,297,095.61 under a later settlement agreement and confession. The docket shows no judgment entered for that figure; the entered judgment is the April 11, 2025 judgment above.
