Factual Allegations

In May 2008, John Doe, an advisor for Ecko Clothing, was in the stockroom of Macy’s Herald Square store in Manhattan when Sean Combs and three armed bodyguards entered. Combs struck Doe at the neck, forcing him to his knees, then orally raped him for over two minutes while making derogatory remarks and threats, as bodyguards taunted him. After reporting the assault to Macy’s security with no follow-up, Doe was fired from Ecko three weeks later due to pressure from Macy’s CEO following a Sean John deal, forcing him to leave New York fearing for his life.
