Sapp v. Combs et al

In 2007, Julian Sapp, a Las Vegas adult entertainer, was hired through agencies to perform strip shows for Sean Combs, initially paid $1,500 per engagement. Over multiple meetings, Combs drugged Plaintiff with laced baby oil and beverages (including Viagra), causing disorientation and forcing him into non-consensual sexual acts with women and Combs himself, including masturbation and intercourse, often recorded covertly. Combs lured Plaintiff with false promises of a music career, arranging meetings in Las Vegas, New York City, Los Angeles, and Miami from 2007 to 2012, using threats, blackmail with recordings, and firearms to ensure compliance. Plaintiff endured over five years of abuse, including suspected anal rape, underpayment, and confinement, suffering severe health issues like pneumonia and lasting psychological trauma, ending contact in 2012 after marriage.

Plaintiff seeks compensatory damages for consequential damages, lost wages, non-economic damages, mental pain, anguish, and severe emotional distress; restitution; disgorgement of unjust gains; civil penalties; punitive and exemplary damages; attorneys’ fees and costs; prejudgment and post-judgment interest; and other relief deemed just by the court.
