Seven Güzel v. Combs et al

In autumn 2017, Seven Güzel, an aspiring artist, met Sean Combs, a prominent music figure, in New York. Combs groomed her with praise, isolation, and substances, initiating a pattern of sexual abuse. The first assault involved forced oral sex and rape despite her refusal, followed by manipulation with kindness to maintain control. Subsequent incidents included drugging her with pills or intoxicants in drinks—once at a Sony/Daddy’s House studio in New York, where she lost consciousness, and another on a flight where she awoke to Combs raping her. Other assaults involved stripping and raping her with staff nearby, public humiliation at a nightclub followed by rape, and recording her undressed without consent. Kristina Khorram facilitated these acts by arranging locations, transport, and cover-ups, acting within her role at Bad Boy. The Institutional Defendants enabled Combs by providing power, resources (e.g., drugs, baby oil), and staff, despite knowing his predatory behavior, across New York, Los Angeles, Miami, D.C., and elsewhere, causing Plaintiff ongoing trauma.

Plaintiff seeks compensatory damages for pain, suffering, psychological and physical injuries, emotional distress, mental anguish, embarrassment, humiliation, and medical expenses; punitive damages to deter future misconduct; attorneys’ fees and costs under the GMVA; and damages exceeding lower court jurisdiction, as determined by a jury.
